I am an executive and serial entrepreneur that has created, owned and/or operated companies with combined values exceeding $2B US. I have founded and headed a fair number of startups to medium sized companies, both public and private. I have a broad base of experience across the energy, technology and industrial construction sectors, but I specialize in applying emerging technologies and innovative business models towards making energy businesses green. I have recently overseen the development of water, waste and emission free oil sands, conversion of heavy sweet oil to biodiesel, and carbon sequestration associated with oil & gas production. I hold degrees in Engineering and Patent Law with high honors from very prominent universities. I am fluent in Chinese and Spanish and have lived and worked extensively overseas.
